With higher value-added products, we will create a new field of limestone

Previously, the limestone industry stayed in the development of natural resources, but thanks to the technological development of the 21st century, it has transformed into a knowledge-based industry which creates higher added value. As it became known that mineral resources create much higher added value in the process of processing and distribution rather than the product itself, the meaning of the mining industry is quickly evolving from signifying the mining development industry to the mineral industry.

Concentrating on development of high-quality products in the environmentally friendly development environments, Daesung MDI separated GMTech Operation Site in 2008 into a new organization. As part of the effort to develop higher value-added products, it successfully developed high-quality granular magnesium fertilizer by processing dolomite, introducing quality fertilizer to the market at an affordable price. In the meantime, we are also committed to producing products that satisfy all customer needs, and to enhancing competitiveness of our products while equipping ourselves with limestone and dolomite calcination facilities (SHAFT KILN No. 6).
